Payment and Delivery

PAYMENT

You can choose one of two secure payment methods:

1. Prepayment (Online Payment)  Payment is made online directly to the Seller’s account. All online transactions are processed securely via payment services such as LiqPay or WayForPay. When paying by bank card, the transaction (including card number entry) is carried out on a protected page of the processing system.
2. Payment upon Delivery (Cash on Delivery)  Available within Ukraine only. You pay after inspecting the product at your local postal office (Nova Poshta). Note: cash-on-delivery includes a postal service fee — 2% of the item price + 20 UAH. ⚠️ Custom-made orders require 100% prepayment.

DELIVERY

We ship orders worldwide 🌍 You can choose the most convenient option for your region:

1. Nova Poshta (Ukraine only)  Delivery in 1–2 business days.
2. Ukrposhta (National Post of Ukraine)  Economical delivery option. Recommended for small parcels. Delivery time abroad: approx. 7–14 business days via your country’s National Postal Service.
3. Nova Poshta Global (International Express Delivery)  Your order will be delivered by a private courier service in your country (like DHL, USPS, Royal Mail, etc.). Also takes around 7–14 business days, depending on your location.
4. Local Pickup (Free)  Available in Vynohradiv, Zakarpattia, Ukraine by prior arrangement.
